General Event Information:
WHAT: East Hampton Library’s 16th Annual Authors Night, An Online Literary Celebration
WHEN: Thursday, August 6 – Sunday, August 9, 2020
WHERE: live online, via Zoom
WHY: Authors Night proceeds benefit the East Hampton Library, a private, non-profit organization providing outstanding free library services to the East Hampton community. The funds raised at Authors Night are used for essential programs and services at the Library throughout the year.

This summer, the East Hampton Library will present its annual Authors Night fundraiser as a series of interactive online Zoom events, from Thursday, August 6 – Sunday, August 9. Each one-hour event will be in the format of a conversation with the featured author and a noted interviewer, followed by a question-and-answer period. Featured authors will include: Julie Andrews, Robert A. Caro, Harlan Coben, Steve Madden, former New York State governor George Pataki and daughter Allison Pataki, Philip Rucker, Dr. Ruth Westheimer, and Rick Wilson. Approximately one dozen authors will be featured in the series. (List in formation.)
