Authors Night 2017 Media Credential Application

There will be no walk-up, on-site credential registration available the day of the event.

The media credential process for Authors Night has changed from prior years. Due to space constraints, a limited number of media credentials are available. Please read carefully before submitting your application. Incomplete applications will not be approved. Media credentials are limited and will be evaluated closely.

Credentials will be awarded with priority based on previous year’s coverage as well as advance and planned publicity for the 2017 event.

Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted no later than August 1, 2017.
Applications received after August 1 will not be considered.

Notification Date: Applicants will be notified no later than August 4, 2017. Confirmation will be made via e-mail only.

All applicants must be on assignment to cover Authors Night 2017.
Credentials are reserved for assigned staff of print, broadcast and online media. Media credentials will not be provided to unaffiliated freelance writers and photographers not on assignment.

Access:
A limited amount of credentials will be provided for “Tent Access” entry.
Separate “Outside Tent” credentials will be available for approved photographers in the event “step and repeat” entry. These approved photographers will be limited to this area and not allowed access under the tent.

Photography:
“Tent Access” credentials are not available for spec, freelance, personal website, or portfolio photographers.
